I have a passion for pregnancy, birth, wellness, holistic care, movement, and the healing power of art with a burning desire to help others. I have firsthand experience of the twists and turns of the motherhood journey through love, loss and hope and have learned that having the right people by your side makes a world of difference, no matter what the situation may be. My personal experiences have driven my commitment to providing the support that every family deserves. With a heart full of compassion, I’m here to guide you through your unique journey, offering continuous care and understanding. In my spare time, I enjoy being outdoors, spending quality moments with my husband and children, indulging in cooking, artistic pursuits, and nurturing my body through movement.

From an early age, I've been fascinated by the magic of birth. Think of me as a 'birth enthusiast,' a title I wear proudly. My journey of nurturing and empowering individuals began as I found deep fulfillment in guiding and supporting those I encountered. Now, I channel that nurturing energy into the world of expectant parents, offering paramount support before, during, and after childbirth. I bring a sprinkle of creativity to my doula work, thanks to my role as a hairstylist. My understanding of the profound connection between how you feel in your body and how it shapes your experience of the world enriches my approach. Beyond my doula duties and the hairstylist's chair, you'll find me adventuring in nature, often with my dorky German Shepherd, Shadow. And when the opportunity arises to go dancing with friends, you can bet I'll be there- I'll use any excuse to dodge the ever-present, never-ending laundry piles (who can relate?).

The birth journey is a winding path, full of surprises and challenges. We know that babies have their own schedules, and parenthood doesn't follow a strict timetable either. That's why Doula Synergy was born - to offer continuous, sustainable care to birthing families. With two passionate and experienced doulas by your side, you'll always have someone available to you. We attend meetings together and ensure overlapping, alternating support during labor and delivery. Every step of the way, from conception to parenthood, we're here for you.  But here's the thing – our support isn't just rooted in our love for birth; it's deeply grounded in the values of inclusion and acceptance. We wholeheartedly embrace and celebrate the diversity of families. LGBTQIA+ accepting? Absolutely. Committed to anti-biases? Yes!
