Birth Doulas
We provide continuous emotional support, physical comfort measures during labor & an objective viewpoint, as well as helping parents obtain the information they need to make informed decisions. Our nonjudgemental & loving support ensures parents feel empowered to advocate for themselves during pregnancy, labor & birth.
Postpartum Doulas
We offer education, companionship and nonjudgmental support during the postpartum fourth trimester, assisting with newborn care, family adjustment, meal preparation and light household tidying.
We also offer evidence-based information on infant feeding, emotional and physical recovery from birth, infant soothing and coping skills for new parents and make appropriate referrals when necessary.
