I have a passion for pregnancy, birth, wellness, holistic care, movement, and the healing power of art with a burning desire to help others. I have firsthand experience of the twists and turns of the motherhood journey through love, loss and hope and have learned that having the right people by your side makes a world of difference, no matter what the situation may be. My personal experiences have driven my commitment to providing the support that every family deserves through their parenthood journey, especially after loss. I bring a genuine mix of empathy, optimism and fun to supporting families through the perinatal period, with a sincere desire to reignite joy after loss, while honoring grief.
With a heart full of compassion, I’m here to walk with you through your unique path, offering continuous care and understanding. I offer a variety of packages that include prenatal sessions (information, education, planning & activities), coaching sessions (an outlet for the emotional journey & birth art exploration), postpartum sessions (baby care, lactation support, sibling care, housekeeping & meal prep), meditations and workbooks to empower you. My birth packages include virtual birth support, or I’m happy to collaborate with the birth doula of your choice.
Outside of birthwork, I’m a Mom, Military Spouse, Artist and Keep-Fit Fanatic;) In my spare time, I enjoy being outdoors, spending quality moments with my family (9yr old daughter & 3 yr old son), indulging in food, cooking, exploring my creativity, nurturing my body through movement (Barre3 and Dance HIIT) and watching my husband's band play live (the Dead See Band)!
