Gudelia Contreras Flores
Gudelia Contreras-Flores is a bilingual community-based THW Doula and OHA-Certified medical interpreter with experience providing culturally and linguistically responsive services to individuals and families. She has a strong background in community outreach, health coverage navigation, and patient support, and has built trusted relationships within diverse communities to improve access to healthcare and social services. Gudelia holds Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Spanish from Portland State University and has a strengths-based approach to advancing health equity, language access, and community well-being.
