Every body is different, and so is every birth story. 

Hi, I’m Rachel—a Christian doula with a deep calling to walk alongside families with compassion, faith, and support. I’m a mother of three adult children and a proud grandma to two wonderful grandchildren. As a dual-certified doula in both birth and postpartum care, as well as an Oregon Traditional Health Worker, I provide support throughout the entire perinatal period—from pregnancy through birth and up to one year after your baby arrives. I offer birth, postpartum, and sibling doula support, with a special passion for working with teen moms, drawing from my own lived experience. I bring a nurturing spirit and a very hands-on approach—offering steady physical and emotional support during labor and stepping in to help wherever needed once baby is home. I work with the entire family as part of the birth team, supporting not just the birthing mother, but also encouraging and caring for fathers and trusted support partners so they feel equipped, confident, and included every step of the way. My goal is to be a grace-filled, steady presence as you navigate this sacred season of life.
