Hello~ My name is Tricia Hafner. I have been providing support to mothers and their families for over 9 years, taking a couple of breaks for my own births. As your doula my goal is to walk alongside you during your pregnancy and postpartum period, helping you feel confident and informed before, during and after your birth process. Birth can be unpredictable, I want to help you feel secure, in control and able to advocate for your wants and needs. My goal is to be an intricate part of your birth team, supporting not only you but anyone that you choose to come into this sacred place. I can help your support person be as involved as they want, and provide them with ways to help support you. I can also provide much needed relief for them to step out for a minute and not leave you unsupported. After the baby has arrived well meaning people can overwhelm you with advice and offers of support. I fill in where needed. I listen to your personal struggles and wins. I will offer advice when asked or step in and help in the simple chores that are getting ignored thru the sleepiness of having a newborn. I am truly invested in each of my clients, and would love to meet and see how I can best benefit you on this journey thru pregnancy, birth and beyond.
