Hi, I'm Zoe! I am a wife, a mom of 2, and a Certified Birth Doula. I live in Tigard, but happily attend births from Portland to Salem+. :)

My love for birth surprised me when I had my first baby. I really enjoyed learning all about pregnancy, how our bodies change and adapt and how powerful birthing women are! After my own no epidural birth to a 10 lb 15 oz baby, I have become passionate about educating and empowering women to trust their body’s innate ability to birth their baby, no matter the size. Even though birth is unpredictable, I believe there is a lot we can do in pregnancy and labor to prepare and make space for baby’s entrance into your arms, and I want to support you and your partner every step of the way
